Broken Bones

Have you suffered a broken bone in an accident caused by the carelessness of others?

There are many accidents in Texas, every single day, which result in broken bones. A broken bone injury is one of the most severe non life-threatening injuries a person can endure. If treated incorrectly, the bone many not heal properly which can forever alter the ability of the victim’s limb or that portion of their body. Additionally, broken bones are extremely painful.

Types of fractures

The adult body has more than 200 bones all of which are subject to fracture under the right circumstances. The types of breaks that the human skeleton may incur as quite varied as well, including:Single Fracture. A single fracture occurs when a bone is broken in a single location.Complete Fracture: A complete fracture occurs when the bone breaks into two separate pieces. Bending Fracture A bending fracture occurs when the bone bends without actually cracking. This rarely happens in adults because our bones become rigid and brittle. However, children experience this quite often as their bones are more pliable.Hairline Fracture: A hairline fracture occurs when the break is extremely thin and the bone has not broken all of the way through. This is very similar to a tea cup that has a noticeable crack but does not leak. Greenstick Fracture. When the bone bent and the outer radius of the bend (the side of the bone in tension) is broken, but the inner radius (the side of the bone in compression) is only bent, but not to the point of breaking.. This is a common occurrence in child injuries, but not as common with adults as the bone usually breaks without as much bend. Open Fracture: When the bone breaks and is misaligned as to punch through the skin. This type of broken bone usually only occurs under conditions of tremendous stress such as those common in a car accident or falling accident.

SEO_MNSSEO Optimization

There area multitude of different software-tools which assist you track and slice and dice your seo outcome. But, when it comes to showing you all the data in a convenient way, the problem appears. I will share the matrix that I use to track seo results and explain why it is handy to use this particular matrix. Yoast SEO is one of my favorite once to set up my seo structure meta.

Create a new Excel spreadsheet. First column will be the date, other columns are reserved for keywords. If you have many keywords (more than 5-6), you have two options: 1) If you like scrolling, just fix the date column and add as many seo keyword columns as you want or 2) Split keywords in groups and create spreadsheet for each of them. The second method is good to use when you have many keywords which can be grouped in categories according to some criteria. For example, you want to use geo-specific keywords for two types of products you sell. You would put “Car types London” and “Car tyres Paris” into one group, and “Car lights London” nad “Car lights Paris” into another group.

Next question is, why track the date? Google won’t change your ranking immediately – you’ll have to wait until it crawls and indexes your pages again. This fact makes tracking seo results much more complicated. Results cannot be checked right away. Also, they must be checked periodically. The positions for each keyword are written in the matrix. My advice is to check only up to 5 pages and if your website is not there, write an “/” in the matrix. This way you can track the progress and see which actions led to improvements in rating. Also, it helps you predict the time frame for your seo optimisation process.

There is one more problem with seo results matrix – displaying results for more than one Google domain. The solution is to either write a slash between results in one field or to create separate Excel documents for each Google domain you want to check.

retinaHow to Create a Favicon.

favicon.ico for your Tech Blog

How to setup, market and monetize your Tech Blog
If you’ve ever wondered why some blogs and websites have a small icon (16×16, 32×32 or 64×64) in the address bar you’ve found the right tutorial. Today we are going to show you 2 methods to create your own icon (favicon.ico) for your tech blog. The first method will be done by using the FavIcon Generator on which can be found here. This method is very simple and only requires that you have either a gif, jpg, png or bmp image with a maximum file size of 150.00kB. Simply select the image you want to use for your icon based on those guidelines and click their Create Icon button – wallah, a download link for your favicon.ico will be given.

Create the favicon.ico file using the DynamicDrive FavIcon Generator

Save the favicon.ico file to your computer

Login to your web space via FTP

Upload the favicon.ico file to the root directory of your FTP (example httpdocs or public_html)

Add the following code to your header.php file in the HEAD section

If you are using The Thesis Theme for WordPress, simply add the code above in Thesis options / Header Scripts

This is probably the easiest and fastest way to get your favicon up and running on your tech blog. The change should be instant, but it might require that your empty the cache in your web browser. From my experiences IE and Google Chome update the favicon almost instantly after refreshing the page, but I’ve had Firefox take up to a couple days before the change goes into effect. The second method for creating a favicon.ico file requires that you have Adobe Photoshop.

Download the ICO (Windows Icon) Format for Adobe Photoshop here.

Extract the zip file

Locate the “File Formats” folder inside your Photoshop Plugins folder

On Windows move the ICOFormat.8bi file to this folder / on OS X/Classic move the icoformat (CS2/Mac version is ICOFormat_cs2.plugin) / on 68K MacOS X, icoformat (68K)

Quit Photoshop, relaunch. Sometimes you might need to restart the machine for the change to take effect

Create a new Photoshop file either 16×16, 32×32 or 64×64 pixels, design your icon and when you are done click save – you will now be able to save the image as an ico file from the drop down list
